The Luxion sits in your media wall with glass on the front and both sides, so the realistic flame over logs and smoky crystals shows from every seat. It is only 187 mm deep. Most of our customers choose the 60 inch; it also comes in 50, 72 and 84 inch.
Honest about the heat
The flame runs on its own, with no heat at all, so you can enjoy it all year round. When you want warmth, the fan heater has two settings, 900 W and 1,800 W, with a thermostat from 20 to 30 °C and a timer from 30 minutes to 8 hours.
Think of it as supplementary heat that takes the chill off your living room, not your main heating.
Built in, wall mounted or on its feet
Show the glass on three sides, two sides or the front only: the cut-out is the same. It can also hang on the supplied wall bracket or stand on its supplied feet. A UK 3-pin plug comes fitted, on a cable just under 1 m long, so plan a socket inside or right behind your wall. No flue, no gas, no chimney.
Controls
Control it from the remote, the touch panel or the Tuya Smart app over Wi-Fi.

Every Luxion has a 12-month warranty. Message us on WhatsApp and a real person replies.
Already built in? Every internal part is reached from the front, so the fire never comes out of your media wall. We send the replacement part with a step-by-step video guide. Always switch off and unplug the fire first.
If a fault shows up before installation and the fire is still in its original packaging, we swap it over.

Questions about fitting
Do I need an electrician?
No hard-wiring: it comes with a UK 3-pin plug. The manual asks for no other appliances on the same circuit, and no timer socket or switched supply. If you're not sure about your circuit, ask an electrician.
What plug does it use?
A UK 3-pin plug, fitted, on a cable just under 1 m long. Plan the socket inside or right behind your media wall.
Can it go under a TV?
Yes, many of our customers fit it under one. You can run the flame with no heat, or lock the heater. Leave at least 300 mm from the glass to any mantel or shelf above, and check your TV maker's guidance on heat below the screen.
How much space do I need above it?
At least 300 mm from the top of the glass to a mantel or shelf. 0 mm at the sides, back and bottom. Keep 914 mm clear in front of the glass.
Can I fit it myself?
Built in: slide it into the cut-out and fix it with the screws under the ember bed, behind the front glass. Wall mounted: hang it on the supplied bracket, screwed into studs where possible. You'll need two people. The manual recommends asking a builder about your wall.
What if something stops working once it's built in?
You won't need to take your media wall apart. Every internal part is reached from the front, behind the glass. Message us on WhatsApp with a short video of the problem. We send the replacement part with a step-by-step video guide for your model. Always switch off and unplug the fire first. Covered by the 12-month warranty.
What happens when it's delivered?
The courier opens the box and checks the fire with you before they leave, at no cost to you. Please let them: if anything is damaged or missing, it's recorded there and then, and we send the replacement part straight away, before anything goes back. Fires are heavy and fragile, so carry it upright with two people and keep it in its box until you're ready to fit it.

Both a heater and a centrepiece
